Sandile Shembe is the founder and Managing Director of Innosa Projects. A B.Tech mechanical engineer from KwaZulu-Natal, he established the firm in 2017 with a focus on delivering precision engineering services to South Africa's mining and industrial sectors.
Under his leadership, Innosa Projects has completed projects for clients including Anglo Platinum, Transnet, and major municipal infrastructure programmes across South Africa.
